My Husband went to the US on 30th August for 2 months. He is on B1 visa. Now his work is getting extended till December end or may be upto Feb.His I-94 is valid till Feb. He wants to call me there for which he's sending an invitation.
But we came to know that chances of getting visa rejected are more in such cases as he's on B1 and so can't invite anybody. But my husband is ready to help.
Along with that invitation letter of my husband he wil also send a letter from his company stating that they will take care of my to and fro ticket and also for my complete stay.
Does these documents enough proof. I don't want my Visa to get rejected.
I forgot to mention that its just a coincidence that my Brother and my Sister-inlaw who are already in US on H1b have called my parents. My parents are already in the US till Nov. Secondly, my brother,his family, my parents and my Husband are all in the same state and city though on different visas.
So I guess my visa will not get rejected on this basis. Please help. I don't want my visa to be rejected. Want to be there with my complete family.
