Hi,
My Mom who got her B2 visa (multiple entry 10 yrs valid visa) in Feb 2010. And she been in US from Mar - Aug (6 months). I would like to bring her back to US. But is there any minimum time duration only after which visitor can re-enter US?
I got different responses from my friends
i) Minimum 2 months stay in home country is needed
ii) After 6 months from the date she returned to home country
iii) 6 months stay in a calendar year (i.e.) if a person stayed 6 months in a
calender year, he/she can re-enter only the next calendar year. In my
case i can bring my mom only by Jan.
I read in the FAQ that there is not specific timeline unless we overstay in US. Please advice if you have some experience in bringing your parents in short span.
