PLEASE HELP...!!! Parents B2 visa got rejected...:(..:(
Hi Everyone,
Briefly:
I am here on h1b status (married and have a daughter), my sister is here since 1997 and STILL a green card holder. The interview was in Gujarati on 09.20.2010.
The visa officer
didn't even ask for any sort of documents during the interview. My parents have every sort of documents with them which is mentioned on this vary website.
vo: didn't greet or didn't look at my parents once through out the interview.
vo: Since how long you guys are married?
parents: answered.
vo: what are you doing?
father: answered.
vo: what is you son doing?
father: my son is working at x company as x position.
(Should one show the document of employment letter even without VO didn't ask for?)
vo: Since when you met your kids last?
parents: answered.
Finally the interpreter (according to my mother she was really poite and felt pitty while saying) told my parents that neither of your kids are citizen and your son is not 'OFFICER' so we can't issue a visitor visa. (what the __ is this word 'OFFICER' exactly meant in the denial of visa? I am so 
)
Please advise or give any comments that help us to prepare more solid. Also when my parents should go for the 2nd attempt?
