Newyork Port of Entry

Hi,
My mom was here from Jan 2010 to July 2010. Because of some unavoidable circumstances we have to ask her to come again in Nov 2010. It will only be 4 months stay back in India till Nov.
(1) Will it be ok if she comes back within a span of 4 months?
(2) She will be having her port of entry as Newyork, will there be a problem? Are there strict officers at newyork airport? Last time she came, her POE was chicago..will that make a difference?
(3) Anyone heard of any strict rules or issues at newyork airport?

port of entry doesnt matter, they can see everything in their system
how long are they planing to stay this time?
if u want 1 month stay request 3 months on i 94
they will call u from poe to ask u qustions. in my friends case they were asking 6 more months in 4 moths differnce same as u r situation, she was granted 60 days , its on discretion of the officer at poe
