Hello,
I have a couple of questions on the I-134 form.
Question 9 asks whether I have previously submitted Affidavit of Support form and it asks for the date submitted.
I have done it once last year for my wife's H4 visa stamping but I do not remember the date from my last affidavit.
What should I put in Question 9 in this case?
Question 10 asks if I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) on behalf of the
following person(s).
what does this mean? My company is the petitioner and not me.
My company has submitted H4 visa petition for my wife.
My question is what do I include in the answer to this question.
