Mothers 10 year visistor visa expiring. how to renew?

My mother had 10 year multiple entry visa and it expires in Jan 2021. what is the procedure to renew that without having her to go to the embassy. She is 75 years old

Kindly renew the visa with nearest embassy/ consulate. Hopefully, she will be eligible for Interview waiver. But you will need to complete DS 160 filing, visa fees payment and drop box date schedule.
