Hi Sir,
I am in U.S and a greencard holder now. i would like to invite my brother who is in india for a visit for a month or two. my brother is working as a software engineer in a reputed firm in india . Earlier in 2008 when he was a student in engineering college he had gone for visitor visa interview to come to U.S in vacation but his visa was rejected.He was told by the interviewer that they would give him visa when he get an employment . so now i wish to take him to U.S on one month leave.Can u please help me with informatios as what all documents he need and also as sponser what all i should provide him for the interview.to be on safer side i am asking you whether he needs any special documents, other than leave applcation letter from his company.
