(2) My mother's return travel ticket was on 20-March-2020 which was later cancelled by the airline due to air-travel ban owing to COVID-19 and asked me to book same ticket in the future once the air-travel resumes. (3) Do I need to provide I-134 also?

You can provide the same reason that you have mentioned.. But as other Senior member mentioned, The reason you want to show is now resolved..
