I need to cancel/and reschedule my appointment

I have applied for renewal of passport no A9068019, issue dt.28.9.2000 expiry dt.27.9.2010.
The date of appointment is 23.09.2010 at 9 am now i would like to cancel the appointment and reschedule the date.

Please tell me how to go about it.
