Denied 25 years ago

I was refused of US immigrant visa 25 years ago due to fraud. I had an arranged marriage. It was discovered that it is only marriage for convenience.

I am planning now to apply for a US tourist visa. I am presently based in Dubai. Can US embassy track my old record 25 years ago which might be a ground for a denial of my tourist visa?
