Paying Fee from U.S.

To whom it may concern!

My sister is trying to apply for u.s.a visitors visa. Can i Pay her fee from u.s.a. HDFC bank. She doesn't have HDFC bank where she lives. Please advice.

She can get the demand draft from any bank, not just HDFC bank.
