I have a dropbox appointment for renewing my mom's VISITOR VISA which expired in Feb 2020.
On her expired VISA when she visited the US in 2011 and 2016, I had extended her stay beyond 6 months by filing the I-539 Extension application and was approved in both the cases(2011,2016).
As per the Agent helping me with the Renewal of my MOM's VISITOR VISA, USCIS or agency processing the renewal of VISA, MAY ask for the approved Extension records/documents from 2011 and 2016.
The BIG problem is, I do not have any of the approved extension documents from 2011 or 2016. What are my options if I am asked for the extension documents?
Is there a way to get the documents from USCIS(or the agency that processed and approved the Extension)? If yes, what is the process?
OR is there a standard answer which will help me get the Renewal VISA when asked for extension documents?
Pls. treat this as urgent as the dropbox appointment for VISA renewal is on Jan 14th, 2022.
