I have a question regarding the section U.S contact. I am filling up the form for a tourist VISA (TYPE B2) I have mentioned the hotel name and address where I’ll be staying during my holiday in the travel information section, however, as I work for an American company, and my employer is American, living in the US. I wonder if I put her in contact person on the US Point of contact section even thou my travel purpose in 100% tourism and in no point I’ll be visiting the office.

Your U.S. Point of Contact can be any individual in the U.S. who knows you and can verify, if necessary, your identity. If you do not personally know anyone in the U.S., you may enter the name of the store, company, or organization you plan to visit during your trip.
