What to sponsor parents/Income requirements

hi,

I just wanna know ,how much minimum net income need in taxes to sponsor my parents,i did gross last year $35000,and it comes to net 18,000.i have my wife and 3 year old son lives with me,and they depended on me. i just wanna know how much income i need to sponsor them,

plz i need your advice or if i cant sponsor them ,what is other alternate,what is co-sponsar??
