need expert advice on Visitor Via

Hello,

My parents have 10 year visa. My mother visited first time in 2003 and stayed for 4 months . Again she came in mid of october ,2004 for my sister's delivery and she is still here with my sister. I am planning to bring her in 1st week of april and she is leaving on MAr 5th . But this time, she is visiting to my plae with my dad and it will be first visit for my dad.We don't have plans to extend her visa due to visa extension problems(I read in many sites about extension problems ) . My question here is

Will they be in trouble at port of entry because my mother is visiting again in short period of time ? If they rejected , did their 10 year visa get cancelled?

Is there any rule not to visit again with in 180 days ?

Can anyone share your views or procees of re entering to USA with in short time ?

2. No. But if someone is spending too much time, entry can be denied.
