I-94 slips not returned

Dear Sir, Madame,

My family and I travelled from toronto, canada to new york during the month of august 2009. I never returned the I94 forms .

I sent you a letter explaining our situation and copies of our passports and the original I 94 forms on april 09 2010.

I haven't as yet received any word from your office.

we would like to travel to new york in october, but I want to make sure that we will not be refused entry to the US

please , let me know if my situation has been corrected in your computer.

We are french citizens , living in france.

We travelled from toronto pearson airport to new york on august 07 2009 and returned to toronto on august 11 2009.
