Applying for family Travel Visa (B2) when Conditional GC removal (I-751) pending

My conditional GC expired a few months back.,
I applied for condition removal and my I-751 application is in progress.
I've received I-797C which mentions that Residency Card (I-551) is extended for 24 more months until a decision is made on the I-751 application.


In this situation can I apply for a travel visa for my family based on my immigration status ?
