Name Interchanged on DS160, Right on the application appointment

I have just realized that my first name and my last name are interchanged on DS-160, however they are correct in the appointment system

Now I have already scheduled an appointment for the next week, and I am unable to change the DS160 number linked with the system without cancelling the appointment (Which will result the loss of this appointment forever).

What is the best approach to this problem?
