Current Employment in Parents B2 Visa application in DS160

Hi.
I am applying first time my parents' b2 visa. My mother is a Government teacher in primary. Should I choose 'Government' OR 'Education' in Employment section of DS 160?
Similarly, my father is in bank (not a private bank). Should I choose 'Government' for him?

I'd put education down for your mother though it probably doesn't make much difference either way.

In your second question do you mean your father works for Bank of India? I'd put GOVERNMENT (and Bank of India as the employer name).
