Hi All,
We are having a medical emergency in the family for which I applied for my mother's B2 visa under Medical needs. The emergency reason was approved and she went through interview and biometrics. After interview, the VO said ' you will get your visa in one week and also handed a letter that says ' Your Visa and passport will reach you at the address you mentioned in the application'
When the letter and VO orally said , VISA we were confident that it is approved.
But today after 7 business days from admin processing the status changed to refused ! I am shocked and depressed on what happened.
Any idea how can this even happen. Any pointers on what can be our next steps ?
