    Bond

    undefined My sister was rejected for Visa 3 times under 214b. I'm trying to find out if there a way within the law if I can post a Bond or is there a waiver that make her visit possible .

      Please Help

      Chapter 1 part 221 ADMISSIONS of VISITORS or STUDENTS Sec 221.1 Admission under Bond of the Code of FED REG mentions posting bonds but i'm still not sure on how on how the proceedure works or if a bond will not help a how to get waiver????
