Hi! I'm smorty UK resident married to a French national with permanent UK residency. I'm wondering if it's possible to apply for the Short Stay Visa (for Family of EU citizen) in TLS Germany instead of France? Our first destination is France and then Germany .
As we got married in Canada last year, we failed to authenticate our canadian marriage cerfiticate before moving to UK, which is one of the requirements. When I check with TLS Germany (my sister is currrently doing an apprenticeship atm), there is the same option for Family of EU citizen which only requires a marriage certificate (no authentication needed https://omegle.onl/ vshare).
If say, I apply through TLS Germany and not with the French Embassy, will I be denied of my visa application? The EU family entry is way easier instead of Short Stay Visa for my situation as I just arrived in UK and currently unemployed (they require proof of funds and employment letter).
