Visitor visa documents

I booked an appoinment for my mother for Visitor visa.

There is no mention of below documents in Guidance document which Immihelp mentions in the list of documents...

Please help.

Sponsor's list:

Those are the documents that it is up to you provide or not, which help prove, among other things:
* The visitor has enough money to take care of the expenses for the visit.
* The visitor will go back after a temporary stay in the U.S.

The U.S. government never specifies the exact set of documents that you need and nothing else. They put forward a set of requirements and it is up to you to prove however you like. Therefore, immihelp provides some ideas on how to do that.
