Dear Sir/ madam,
Greetings. My brother is studying in Australia and has an
Indian passport, when he went for his interview to the American
embassy in Australia to get a tourist visa to be able to come for my
wedding which is taking place on the 16th of October 2010, he was
turned down since he was not a resident of Australia.Would it be
possible for him to be able to go to India and request an emergeny
appointment under these circumstances??
