Ds-160 issues

hi my sista has invited me throught the us immigration she sent all the documents required... i-134 form taxes and ect... but the application is still pending (processing) and now i have an appointment with the us embassy at the end of october. I have a diffrent DS-160 so i would like to know if going with my new DS-160 is going to cause a problem since the other apllication is still pending with us immigration cause they are suppose to send me an othe DS-160

DS-160 is a non-immigrant visa form. It can not be used for immigrant visa form.

Also, for family based immigrant visa, you have to use I-864, and not I-134.
