Name in Cgifederal account does not match DS160

Hello,
I've created an account in cgifederal, filled the DS160, paid the fee and booked an appointment. I've just realized that my first and last name on cgifederal account is not exactly as passport nor DS160. I've tried to modify it through "profile update", but both first and last name are greyed out.

Any ideas on how to change it? Thanks.

Changing things in CGI Federal means nothing. That's only internal to them (they are not part of the US government, just a commercial site that helps you file). What matters is that the DS160 and your passport are correct.
