Hi All,

In Dec 2016 I had H1B Approved from USCIS and visa application in London went in Administrative Processing and it remained there Until April 2019.

During this time period I applied ESTA (because I have British citizenship) which was not authorized

My Question is should I apply ESTA or Visit visa. If there is a lawyer who can help me in filling application.

What happened in April 2019 when it came out of Administrative processing. I assume you were denied or otherwise didn't manage to enter the US?
It's unlikely that ESTA denial is going to heal itself. There's some underlying reason you're not being admitted and the details you've elided are going to be what determines if you EVER can be admitted (visa or otherwise).
