My father in law has a pending criminal/fraud case in Indian High court. This case is actually against a bank he was working for and as he was the one of the branch manager at the time. He was arrested and then released on bail. The case has not started since then. I was wondering if there is any possibility for him to get an US B2 visa to visit us. We have tried once with a letter from high court but the visa was rejected. I was wondering if there is any other way of approaching this. Any help with contacts of any immigration lawyer in Mumbai or Kolkata would be great.
