My father is over 80 years and eligible for an Interview waiver program. I got his OFC appointment on May 31, 2022. My Mother is at age of 77 year and not eligible for the Interview waiver program. For this reason, I couldn't combine them together and couldn't find an appointment for her. I am kindly requesting you to advise me if I can add my mother as a dependent and go along with my Father on the same appointment. Thanks so much for your help.
