Long back , I had applied for visitor visa for my mother via drop box, but the consulate returned the documents and asked me to apply for IN person interview. My mom attend the in person interview and Visa was granted. Now i am applying for visa renewal, While filling the DS-160 for renewal, there is a question whether "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REFUSED U.S VISA"? In this scenario, what should be my answer ? should i say "yes" or 'No" . Please suggest. Thank you!
