Hi all, my mom is here on her ESTA helping me watch my baby while I work. She is going home to EU right before her 90 days are over. However, we would like to have her back month or two later.. and this time on B2 visa. I am trying to google and see what are the rules around her coming back on B2.. must there be some time in between before she applies? Should she just come back for another 90 days on Esta? Obviously, she is not breaking any law here, just visiting me (GC holder) and spending time with her granddaughter. I am looking for the best way to get her back and worried for her to be turned around or denied b2.
