denied b2 last month .. need help

hi sir,

i applied for b2 visa last month for giving my usmle cs exam.. but was denied ..
consulate denied me bcoz my frequent job changes ... in last 2 years ... i failed to explain them the reasons...

my profile will be same even if i apply later after 6 months ..
my exam is in nov...
wat should i do now apply for visa this month or delay it for few months ...will it make a diff
