B2 Visa Application - flight booking required?
I'm due to attend an interview to obtain a B2 visa for a four-day trip to the USA in July for my sister's wedding. I can't obtain an ESTA as I was refused re-entry in 2009 due to issues with my J-1 visa (incorrect dates issued by visa sponsor). Does anyone know if booking return flights prior to the interview will give me a better chance of success? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. TIA.
