When Can I come back after visiting US?

Dear sir,


I came to US on 10th November,2009. I extended my stay by another six months. Now I am leaving on 2nd November 2010.


My Question is:

1. When can I come back.
2. I heard that if you can bring 3 lakh USD and aged 55 years and above you can get permanent stay visa. Here my son in law is a US citizen and my son,daughter in law and daughter are H1B visa holder.


I am 59 years old. Is there any possibility? Due to my bad health children want to keep me with them.

If your health is bad, you should seriously consider whether you should remain in the U.S. for a long time or not, as the healthcare expenses are very high in the U.S.
