Parents visa got rejected 2nd time in mumbai counselate

Hi,
Need you expert advice & help. My Parents visa got rejected 2nd time by 214 b in mumbai.These were the questions
asked
1) Why do you want to go to Us
to visit my son and see tourist places
2) where do you intend to go
disney land, Niagra.
3) Do you work,
Yes i am CA and serve in mumbai and get xxx amt of salary and have property in Mumbai
4) how many children you have
3 sons and a daughter
5) what do they do,
the eldest son is in sydney, second in dubai, third in US, daughter in mumbai who is unmarried and we need to get her married when we come back from US
The counsular officer did not even see the documents, just said you have not shown enough grounds to come back and rejected the Visa. They stamped Application Received on Feb 8. That;s it
We were so depressed and frustated after this.
Now i plan to reapply just for my Mom in March end.
The question or advise which i seek is, how to approach the counsellate
I am expecting a baby in April and i have been diagnosed with gestational Diabetes, so the chances of delivery are complicated. This is my first baby and i am really tensed abt it.
Can my mother show this as a reason, i have heard we can attach Senator;s letters apart from the doctor,s which would help the case. If so, does anyone know the process of obtaining the same. PLEASE HELP!!!!
We had prepared the documents as suggested by this site, and others. First time also the consular office did not see any documents.
