Are new b2 tourist visa appointments being scheduled?

I have heard that b2 visa appointments are not available for indefinite time. Is that true?

Hi,
It's true! We paid money 5 months back for an interview. Trying every day for the slot, but no luck.
My interview in Hindi at Mumbai VAC. I plan to visit to see my kids.

It is true, I am trying to get b2 visa appointments but still, I am ain't getting any positive response. Even though I have already paid for my interview but still had no luck.

Got OFC and Consulate appointment for my wife in Nov'22. I dont think B2 slots are available at full scale yet so its all about trying our luck to get an earlier slot. I believe 2023 slots are gradually opening up as whenever I try to reschedule I am getting late 2023 slots

Did anyone get an appointment online? When i go to the site, I see some openings but it gives me error that "no appointments available" when i try to book using those dates.

Currently only VFC / OFC appointments are available for 2022 and few slots on late 2023 opening up randomly

I see 2023. But i was more keen to know on 2022 slots as you mentioned in the last message.
