Form I-134 not enough space for address

I am filling form I-134 for my visiting parents. While filling the present address (Item 3) of my parents there is no enough space in field. (I tried writing in hand it looks very congested in the field). I read the I-134 instructions in uscis website. they have mentioned to attach a continuation sheet if more space is needed.

How should I fill the address?
What do they mean by continuation sheet (just a word document)?
