  • Holding B1, want B2 for Spouse

I have some questions on applying B2 visa for spouse.
Currently I hold B1 10 year multiple entry.
I been US 3 years back twice 6 months each trip.

Now, I want to apply B2 Visa for Spouse.
Problem is currently She is working in a IT company and they don't grant 6 months leave. She is ready to leave the job if we get Visa.
Will visa interviewer asks for 6 months leave application?

I have some questions in DS 160 under sections
    a) Travel Information:
    - Person/Entity paying your trip: Should she select "SELF" or OTHER PERSON? If Other Person, and put my name, What details I need to provide while she goes to Visa interview?
    b) Should she enter Present Employer information if she is working? If So, should she provide 6 months leave granted details?

    Please provide

My Wife Visa got rejected and got 214b form.

After 3 days of interview, VFS office sent 221g form to submit supporting documents at VFS Center. I don't know why they are asking now after Visa rejection. Any idea?
