Dear Friends,
I have this ongoing problem. It seems like all OFC appointments after October 2022 are given to candidates whose travel to US is considered genuinely urgent.
I and my wife paid the B1/B2 visa fees. We want to travel to USA to see our kids and grandkids, and sightseeing.
I am trying to get the OFC appointment dates at Mumbai VAC for the past few months. I paid the fee 5 months ago.
To my surprise, I cannot see a single day available as I was trying every other slot available ( please see the attached screenshot). I try every alternate days.
My query is related to my paid interview fees: if the interview slots tend to remain non-available for nonurgent visitors for another 1 year, would I lose my fees?
I already paid the fees for myself and my wife. Would the paid fees will allow me to book the interview dates till I don't get the one for myself and my wife.
Please advice?
