Visiotr visa questions

Hi,

My husband is on green card and is sponsoring the visitor visa for my parents. I have couple of questions below

1. do I need one I134 for both of them or two I134 form, one for each. What are the other document I can send just one for both of them and what are document I need to send one for each.
2. For Delhi consulate, which documents are required to be original. Can I send all the document by scanning.
3. My father is retiring in June 2011, will that be a problem in getting visitor visa. Do I need to mention the arrival date in DS160 form before that?
4. My father has his own house and one land in India. He also have a good balance in bank. Does he need anything else to show his good tie with India. Actually I am worried because he is retiring in June 2011. So how can I prove his strong tie with India
