Port Of Entry Different

Hi...
I have 10yr multiple entry Tourist Visa. While applying I gave my friends address in Chicago. Can I enter US from San Francisco as I plan to visit west coast for a week and leave US from Chicago later? I plan to stay in bay area at my relative's friend family. My relative does not live in US. If yes, what permanant address I need to fill in I-94? San Francisco Address or Chicago address.
