Hi,
my mothers visa got rejected saying- no enough ties to home country,she has intentions to stay illegally in US. I really don't understand, what makes them say this when we all r planning to return back to India in 2011. She was hardly asked 2 questions, On what visa r we stayg on?? she answered L1 and who is This person- that person is no other but my husbands brother who is a green card holder, What does he has to do with this?? when no where in the application was his name mentioned....no more Q after that..she kept sayg that she is a care taker of my niece, n all her realtives in India, she is only visiting to see places and will be back in 2-3 months...she has a lot property in India and has no intentions to extend her say.....the Officer was hardly listening to her.....and submitted the Rejected paper.........this is totally uncceptable..Please advise how on how to proceed further...
