Driving Mistake - US border crossing from Canada - No VISA
While driving near US border in Canada, I accidentally took the wrong lane and entered US port of entry. I did not have a valid US visa and they sent me back to Canada with a slip that said - " Wrong Turn"
Now, I am trying to apply for B2 Tourist Visa. I previously lived in US on H1b and now I am in Canada on PR card.
From USCIS travel history website, my recent date of the above incident was logged.
While filling the DS-160, What should I fill the below questions ?
1. Provide Information on your last five US visits ? Should I include the above incident date ?
2. Have you ever been refused a US visa or been refused admission to the US ?
