Dear sir,
I fail to understand the refusal of visa to me , As i was not asked to present any document or proof of my purpose of visit what so ever . All i was told that I cant get the visa under this catagory !
Since the officer who cunducted the interview not even told me under which Visa category I should apply for ! Specially If my case cant be considered under the emergency visa ?
Please can you guide me in this situation for which visa should i apply for my visit to U.S to fullfill some last rituals for my Father and collect his remains which needs to be brought back to India , Not to forget that i have to acompany my old Mother back to India along with ashes.
I can understand that it might not fall under the emergacy visa caqtegory as per the U.S Visa travell policies but it is very important for me to fullfill the last Hindu religious rituals at the earliest. Please guide me for the correct and smooth passage to U.S for the same.
Your guidence under this would be much appreciated . I will be looking for an early response.
