Student visa for Spain- Proof of accommodation question

I got into a master's program in Spain that's 12 months long, I've found an affordable place that's newly renovated that's up for a 10-month contract.
router login 192.168.l.l
My main concern is if I submit the rental agreement of that place with my visa application, will it be a problem? Since it doesn't cover the entire duration of my course...
