Return to visiting within 2 months

Hello,

My mother holds a B1/B2 visa and would be making two visits in July and October this year. Her plan is to 1) Arrive to US in July (first visit this year) and leave in August due to personal reasons, 2) Come back to US in Oct and leave in Jan ‘22. Would this be of any concern from an immigration point of view?

As long as she can prove that her intention is a temporary visit, she will be fine. Moreover her first stay is <2 months & won't cause any problem.
