visitor visa help..

My father and mother planning to apply for visitor visa ,(my moms visa rejected twice.2nd rejection for my mother and brother is on 9th sep (1st is due to some mistake made in the form, they applied through agent they made some mistake in duration of stay, instead of 3weeks they put as 3 months and made some other mistake also , they didnt showed the form to my brother also before the interview they gave only confirmation page to him)

They are coming to visit me I have 2 kids , 1 is new born and They will stay for 3 week but we think due to some mistake made in 1 st form they got 2 continous rejection

Now my father planned to apply with my mom .my father is planning to self sponser but my father have no sufficient proof to sponser my mom ,his annual income is around 2 .5 lakhs. so my question is can my brother who is staying with them is income tax payee and have more than 5 lakhs per annum can he sponser my mom. We have a confusion because he is not applying now so will it be a problem if he sponser my mom..

In 1st form it was Iam sponsering my mom (agent made a mistake ), 2nd form we gave as my brother is sponsering my mom ,both time my brother also applied with my mom now he is not applying..

(2nd question )will my moms previous 2 rejection will be a problem to get visa now ?

3rd They are plannig to visit me on decemember ?

You posting seems to be very confusing. Is your brother here in US or with your parents? What do you mean by your brother sponsoring your mom? Are you a US citizen or a resident?

sponsering means I meant that trip expense , in moms form can they mention as my brother is sponsering the trip ...

Let me explain a few things to you. The term sponsoring means you are sponsoring someone for green card. What you are doing is inviting your parents to come over and visit you and your immediate family.

Let them apply for the visa, they must show enough ties to their home country. Bank accounts, jobs, properties and what not. If they have money in their account, they can prove it to them that they have enough money to take care of them.

You should never never hire an agent, the US consulate are not stupid, it shows an intent that your parent/s are so eager to go to US that they need an agent to fill out a simple plain English form.
