Hi,
My husband & myself are planning to invite my parents to visit us. I am a homemaker. we dont have enough funds in bank to show the necessary funds to sponsor them. My parents can take care of their flight charges & show bank balance to support themself.
So I thought the documents we need to send them are:
1) My husbands H1b petition
2) Both of our Passport copies
3)my birth certificate
4)My husbands employment letter
5) invitation letter from my husband- just inviting them to visit us & NOT mentioning that will be taking care of their stay, food or the number of months of their stay.

my friend said if we dont mention that they will be staying with us & will be taking care of their expenses they will get only 3 months VISA & not 10 years....is that true?

Can we just send them a letter stating that will take care on all their expenses WITHOUT sending our bank statements, so that they can get a 10 year VISA ..because my mom is planning to stay with us for 6months.

Can you please list the documents we need to send my parents in which we need not send our bank statements & the contents in the Invitation letter?
