I applied for a Long Stay student French visa on July 4th and got an appointment letter to the Los Angeles French Visa Application Center. However, I rescheduled my appointment for the day before my initial appointment date but the appointment letter is nowhere to be found in my email. So I checked VFS Global and I found 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 out that my account is locked! I do not know what to do- should I go to my original appointment with my appointment letter or go the day before (without the appointment letter) AND my original appointment?
