Visitor Visa - wrong date of birth/passport number

hello,
My mother got a visitor visa for US. We recently realized that the visa has two errors:

a) wrong date of birth
b) wrong passport number

I had a couple of questions in this regard:

a) What's the simplest way to get these errors fixed?
b) Is it okay to travel with such a visa?

Any information on this would be a lot of help. Thanks in advance for your time.

You need to contact VFS or TTS, whoever you got visa from originally.
